The starting point of improvement is self-evaluation. Before we start on the field, each player will receive a questionnaire that provides valuable insight for our coaching staff to build a personalized training program. The custom sessions will focus on improving a player, specific to their position, in a game. After each training session, our coaches will email the player feedback on their performance and any other key details from the session.
Throughout the consultation and evaluation process our coaches will also provide resources for players to use on their own time. Ultimately, we hope to inspire individual players to enjoy the process of getting better, all while gaining confidence and having fun.
